Do you have a physical office in Bali?
No — we are an India-based specialist tour operator. We work with carefully vetted Balinese DMC partners who handle on-ground execution. This actually works in our partners' favour: we focus 100% on Indian client management while our ground partners focus 100% on local execution. Best of both worlds.
How quickly can you turn around itineraries?
For travel agent inquiries — typically 24 working hours for standard itineraries, longer for highly customised or large group requests. For corporate — we usually do an initial discovery call within 48 hours, then submit a structured proposal in 5–7 working days.
Do you handle international flights from India?
For corporate and high-value bookings, yes — we coordinate with consolidators for group fares. For standard agent bookings, we typically quote land-only and let you book flights through your preferred channels.
What are your payment terms?
For travel agent partnerships — we typically work on advance payment on confirmed bookings. Established partners may qualify for credit terms after initial booking history. For corporate — terms are set per contract, typically 30–50% advance with balance before service delivery.
How do you handle cancellations and changes?
All terms are clearly stated upfront in writing — no surprises. We work transparently with our DMC partners' cancellation policies and pass the same terms to you.
Are you registered for tax invoicing in India?
Yes — we're registered with the Government of India as a Micro Enterprise (Udyam: UDYAM-UK-05-0132550). GST registration is in final stages and will be reflected on all invoices.
Can you handle Bali visa coordination?
Yes — we assist with Bali e-visa for Indian nationals (3–5 working days processing). For corporate groups, we manage the entire delegation visa coordination.
